About Us
My Real Estate Professional was founded in 2005 in Murrieta, USA and initially sold property in the Bay Area of California. Over the last few years we have expanded to cover other areas of America and further afield, establishing relationships with property developers and partner agents from around the world.
We market the best new property developments from across the world. As an established market leader, we have exclusive access to many of these developments often before they are released for open sale.
escapes2.com are Founder Members of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP). We have been subject to the membership criteria and have signed up to follow the Code of Conduct established to help you, the consumer, in buying property overseas with confidence.
Our head office is based in Estepona, Spain, on the Costa del Sols New Golden Mile. Our experienced staff will be at your disposal to answer any general questions you may have and if necessary talk you through step by step the procedure for buying a property overseas. After our initial contact, your details will be passed to an English speaking representative of escapes2 operating in your chosen area. They have an in-depth knowledge of their own particular areas and have been involved in the local property market for many years.
Property viewing trips
We can arrange viewing trips for all the countries we cover. If you advise us of the dates you wish to travel we can use our experience and contacts to source the best value flights, accommodation and car hire. For many of the areas we cover we are able to refund these travel costs should you go on to purchase through escapes2.com. If you prefer to travel independently, we can simply arrange for you to meet with our representative at a mutually convenient time and location.
